Veronica Johnson is a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and community development, with over six years of experience in the NGO sector. A graduate of Bachelor of Education (Arts) at Kibabii University, she brings a strong foundation in education, program design, and community engagement to her work with vulnerable mothers across Kenya.

Veronica leads a mission-driven team committed to supporting women to heal, rebuild, and achieve sustainable independence. Her leadership is rooted in empathy, inclusivity, and practical solutions, ensuring programs address the emotional, social, and economic realities of the mothers the foundation serves.

Beyond her work at Jonica Foundation, Veronica is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader. She is the Group CEO of Jonica Group, including Jonica Expedition & Tours, she also serves as a Director at Adoj Construction Ltd., where she brings strong expertise in strategic leadership, operations, and business development.

Veronica’s diverse experience across non-profit, corporate, and community development sectors equips her with a unique perspective on creating holistic solutions that bridge economic opportunity, social support, and empowerment for marginalized communities.
