Program Overview
Despite significant efforts to improve Women and Girls’s health and empowerment, many programs fail to fully capture the real needs, experiences, and feedback of the Women and Girls they aim to serve. Without mechanisms to listen, respond, and adapt, interventions risk being misaligned, ineffective, or short-lived. In Kenya, community engagement remains critical: studies show that programs with active community feedback have 40–60% higher effectiveness in achieving health and social outcomes.
Pamoja Pulse exists to bridge this gap. It is Jonica Foundation’s initiative for real-time community engagement, feedback, and collaboration, ensuring that Women and Girls’s voices are central to program design, delivery, and advocacy. By listening and responding to Women and Girls, we strengthen programs, build trust, and foster a sense of collective ownership over health and social interventions.
What We Do
